What was I thinking…
Wanted a celebratory uplifting kind of show. In the end I was looking for feel more than content but out of the songs came that centre piece of Counting Crows, Blind Boys Of Alabama and Wilco’s version of Woody Guthrie became a focus on the cross that gives the possibility of the Joy! Christmas is alluded to in Mary’s Son, Out There and Show Me Heaven but that is all for next week…
